Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

We provide website design, development, and related digital services as outlined in project proposals or agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be detailed in individual project agreements or quotations.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit or full payment is required to commence the project.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid before the website launch or delivery.
  • Projects are typically completed within 5–14 business days depending on the scope of work.
  • If full payment is not completed within thirty (30) days after project completion, the entire project may be removed from our server and services suspended.
  • Advance payments and deposits are non-refundable.
  • All prices are quoted in USD or LKR unless otherwise stated.
  • Any additional features not included in the original scope will be quoted and billed separately.

3. Project Timeline

The project timeline begins once the initial payment is received and all required content, materials, and access credentials are provided by the client. Delays in providing required content may extend the project timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in agreed formats.
  • Review designs and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Provide access to required accounts, domain, hosting, or third-party services when necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final website design and custom-developed code. However, ownership does not include third-party software, plugins, themes, templates, or frameworks that may be subject to separate licenses or terms.

6. Revisions

We include up to three (3) rounds of revisions for design concepts. Additional revisions or major changes beyond the original project scope may incur additional charges.

7. Third-Party Software and Services

Websites may include third-party tools, plugins, or services such as Elementor, WooCommerce, hosting providers, email services (e.g., Zoho Mail), themes, or other integrations.

These services are controlled by their respective providers. Pricing, policies, or availability of free plans may change at any time. Any future subscription fees, licensing costs, or service charges required by third-party providers are the responsibility of the client.

8. Prohibited Content

Clients are strictly prohibited from uploading, publishing, or distributing illegal or harmful content through websites developed or hosted by us. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or drug-related content
  • Adult, pornographic, or explicit material
  • Hate speech or violent content
  • Illegal gambling or fraudulent schemes
  • Copyright-infringing materials
  • Any content that violates local or international laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if such content is discovered.

9. Hosting and Server Usage

Clients must comply with all hosting provider policies and terms of service. Misuse of server resources—including but not limited to uploading malicious software, sending spam emails, or hosting illegal content—may result in immediate suspension or removal of the website without prior notice.

Please note that video hosting is not provided on our servers. Clients are responsible for using third-party video hosting platforms where necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for service interruptions, software bugs, policy changes, or pricing changes made by third-party service providers including hosting companies, plugin developers, email providers, or payment gateways.

Our liability is limited solely to the web design and development services agreed upon in the project scope.
